Heritage Land Bank is pleased to announce that it has promoted Heath Gattis to Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Gattis will develop and implement Heritage Land Bank’s financial strategies in an effort to enhance profitability and the company’s position in the market.
In addition, Gattis will provide financial analysis and expertise in operating and monitoring various customer and association loan programs.
“Heath has been instrumental to Heritage Land Bank’s corporate team over the past eight years, and we are thrilled about his promotion to CFO,” CEO Bill Tandy said. “We look forward to Heath taking on new responsibilities as we continue to serve our customers across Texas.”
Gattis previously served as Vice President of Credit since joining Heritage Land Bank in 2010. Previously, he worked as Vice President of Texas Heritage National Bank in Daingerfield, Texas, establishing and operating the Ore City branch while serving as a board member for eight years. Gattis also served as a board member, Vice President and President for Security State Bank in Ore City for seven years.
Gattis received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in finance from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
